- ДокументComplex Abilities of Communicators and Specificity of Their Formation(Journal of History Culture and Art Research, 2019) Burnazova, Vira; Yunyk, Dmytro; Yunyk, Ivan; Yunyk, Tetiana; Kotova, LinaThe complex abilities of communicators as non-innate, but the acquired universal system of psychophysical actions are regarded; they are aimed at creating a generalized image of the imaginary model of communicating information for recipients, not from relatively independent constructs, but from their united groups, as well as its implementation through the block utilization of communication skills. The psychological structure of these abilities, which consists of motivational-volitional, operational-procedural and content-reflexive components, is revealed. It is proved that the formation of complex communicator abilities requires the purposeful development of each of their components in the process of preparation for professional activities. Improvement of the motivational-volitional component of the indicated abilities is the activation of the desired types of motives, their awareness and regulation of the intensity of the existing emotions (preservation, amplification or relaxation). The prospect of improving the operational and procedural component of complex communicator abilities is traced by the achievement of the dominance of procedural motivation, which increases the efficiency of the implementation of not only thoughtful operations, but also the implementation of imaginary images through the block application of their constructs and communicative skills. The improvement of their content-reflexive component is carried out by the use of productive means of control of the process of preserving the expressiveness of differentiated constructs with the intermediate fixation of the imaginary created model of conveying information to recipients and the process of conscious and adequate assessment of the intermediate effectiveness of its communicative realization, which ensures that the right decisions are made.
- ДокументMemory of Subjects of Communication: The Structural and Functional Components(Journal of History Culture and Art Research, 2018) Burnazova, Vira; Yunyk, Dmytro; Yunyk, Ivan; Yunyk, Tetiana; Kotova, LinaThe essence of psychological theories of memory is highlighted in the article. It is proved that the memory of subjects of communication has a three-component structure: the sensory register, short-term and long- term memory. The specifics of the work of psychological mechanisms of each of its structural and functional components are revealed. Physical signs of new information items that are valuable to communication subjects, are transmitted to processing and preservation, and invaluable and unrecognized – are sent to the sensory register buffer. Two directions of movement of the signs of information units in the short-term memory – incoming and outgoing – are considered. Through the incoming direction, psychological mechanisms supply valuable signs of information units for parallel or sequential processing, integration into a holistic image and encoding, and through the outgoing – direct them to reproduction or to long-term memory for storage. In long-term memory, they activate the appropriate and inappropriate codes and represent their semantic concepts for both recognizing the signs of new information units and for reproducing memorized information in order to enrich, modify, consolidate or implement it.
- ДокументTheoretical and Practical Aspects of Psychological and Pedagogical Support for Children and Adolescents Temporarily Displaced from the Territories of Permanent Residence(Journal of History Culture and Art Research, 2018) Burnazova, Vira; Popova, Olga; Koval, Liudmyla; Horetska, Olena; Serdiuk, NataliiaMany children and adolescents experience traumatizing occurs including but not limited to military attacks, death of close people, demolition of houses, witness to the death of others, refugee status etc. These people need help and support of specialists to restore their psycho-emotional state, to overcome the consequences of post-traumatic stress disorder. This need increases the role of educational institutions, namely the professional activity of teachers and practical psychologists, which require improvement of existing and development of new methods of social adaptation and psychological and pedagogical rehabilitation of children and adolescents temporarily displaced from the ATO zone (Anti-Terrorist Operation Zone) in Ukraine to overcome symptoms of post-traumatic stress disorder. Teachers and students of the Berdyansk State Pedagogical University actively participate to develop pedagogical assistance and support for children and adolescents, who temporarily displaced from the territory of the Teachers and ATO zone, to overcome the consequences of traumatic events and solve their own psychological problems. By elaborating this experience, this study concludes that the optimal development of the child occurs in a family where each member has influence on him; the restoration of the state of mind is possible if the qualified psychological and pedagogical support will be organised; overcoming of psychotravma will be effective when social contacts with other people will be established. The close cooperation of psychologists and teachers with parents, the educational environment will speed up the process of rehabilitation and adaptation of children and adolescents who are experiencing post-traumatic stress disorder.
