dc.description.abstractThe paper describes development the main aspects of knowledge triangle (Teaching-Learning-Research) and approach categories to learning outcome at the higher education institutions and follows student's engagement for learning outcome, explores theoretical and practical initiatives, seeks to draw attention to the student as a consumer in the model of higher education, develops understanding of statement of the learning outcomes on the experimental basis at Gori State Teaching University.
