- ДокументDigital competence of primary school teachers as a factor of innovative educational environment(Kharkiv : H. S. Skovoroda Kharkiv National Pedagogical University, 2025-11) Mukhina, Tetiana; Kuza, AndrianThis article examines the evolution of digital competence in contemporary education, shifting from basic technical skills to a meta-professional quality foundational to the New Ukrainian School (NUS). The study highlights the alignment of the Ukrainian teacher's digital competence architecture with European standards, specifically the DigComp framework, which covers information literacy, communication, content creation, safety, and problem-solving. The author analyzes the impact of "forced digitalization" caused by the pandemic and war, which accelerated tool mastery but revealed systemic challenges in balancing the benefits and risks of technology. To address these issues, the text proposes a systematic approach to professional development involving continuous learning ecosystems, mentorship, and the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) to optimize routine tasks. The article concludes that bridging the gap between regulatory goals and practical application requires a shift toward deep pedagogical design thinking to create safe, effective, and student-centered digital learning environments.

- ДокументModeling as a STEM technology for developing creativity in primary education students(Kharkiv : H. S. Skovoroda Kharkiv National Pedagogical University, 2025-11) Mukhina, TetianaThe article reveals the role of modeling as an effective means of developing creative thinking of future primary school teachers within the STEM approach. The theoretical foundation of the research is based on the constructivist approach, which emphasizes the active role of the student in creating and exploring models to develop cognitive structures and critical thinking. It is determined that STEM modeling contributes to the formation of skills to formulate hypotheses, visualize ideas, and seek non-standard solutions using LEGO, digital simulators, and 3D technologies. A methodological system of professional training for educators is outlined, including the use of the case method, project-based activities, and digital platforms (Tinkercad, Scratch, GeoGebra) for modeling educational content and methods. Practical significance is supported by examples of projects such as "Ecological House" and "Solar System Model," which promote the development of technical literacy and teamwork.

- ДокументThe role ofleadership qualities of the management in preserving and ensuring the functionality of relocated Ukrainian higher education institutions during the war(Problems and Perspectives in Management, 2025) Lesyk, Anzhelika; Popova, Olha; Petryk, Kristina; Vientseva, Nadiia; Fatianova, Tetiana; Koval, Karyna; Mukhina, TetianaThe war in Ukraine has led to significant changes in the functioning of higher education institutions. Many universities from the eastern and southern regions of the country were forced to relocate to safer areas. The study examines the role of leadership qualities of the management of Ukrainian HEIs relocated due to the war on their success in functioning in the new conditions from the perspective of the academic staff. The research methods included an anonymous online questionnaire of 162 academic staff members from Berdiansk State Pedagogical University and Melitopol State Pedagogical University named after Bohdan Khmelnytsky. The study identified leadership qualities that HEI staff identified as key to stabilizing the institution’s operations in crisis conditions. Responsibility was named by 53.09% of respondents, and strategic thinking by 44.44%. Also, it was found that respondents, in general, positively assessed the results of leadership actions of management in difficult conditions: 29.6% rated them as “very effective” and 54.3% as “effective.” Despite the overall successful adaptation of the studied HEIs, weaknesses in management decisions were revealed, including insufficient emotional support for academic staff and the absence of developed crisis action plans. The study’s conclusions emphasize the importance of further developing professional and moral-volitional qualities of management representatives for effective HEI governance in crisis conditions. The findings may be useful in creating specialized professional development programs for HEI managers in conditions of political, economic, and other instability.
- ДокументSTEM education, modeling, creative thinking, future primary school teachers, professional training, constructivism, digital platforms, project-based activities(Kharkiv : H. S. Skovoroda Kharkiv National Pedagogical University, 2025-11) Mukhina, Tetiana; But, AnastasiiaThe article explores the role of mobile applications as an effective tool for developing digital literacy among primary school students. The author substantiates the expediency of integrating digital technologies into the educational process at the early stages of learning, when the foundations of a child's worldview are formed. Particular attention is paid to the advantages of gamified learning, which promotes the development of not only cognitive skills (logical thinking, memory, attention) but also soft skills (communication, creativity, self-control). The work provides examples of popular educational platforms (Kahoot!, Quizizz, Duolingo Kids, etc.) and describes their impact on student motivation. A separate focus is placed on the aspect of digital safety: the use of mobile applications helps children internalize rules for protecting personal data and critically perceiving information. The conclusion emphasizes the key role of the teacher in guiding this process and the importance of a comprehensive approach to preparing younger students for life in a modern technological society.
