    Development of the concept of pedagogical quality assurance of educational content in a higher education institution

    The article carried out a comparative interdisciplinary analysis of education quality systems, to identify and substantiate the scientific and applied foundations of pedagogical support for the quality of education in a university, to determine and clarify its basic categories. The concept of pedagogical support of the quality of education and a model of its practical implementation in the conditions of the university have been developed. The effectiveness of pedagogical support of the quality of education in a higher educational institution has been experimentally investigated. The main directions of improving the effectiveness of pedagogical support of the quality of education in the university are substantiated, and a set of recommendations, educational and methodological materials on the use of the proposed pedagogical tools are developed.

    Internet technology as one of distance education during pandemic

    The article aims at allowing you to deepen the knowledge of the program material on computer science and, as a consequence, will increase the efficiency of the educational process as a whole during a pandemic, will increase the motivation of students to the subject; will allow developing students' abilities for self-development, self-education. Based on the purpose, subject, hypothesis of the research, the following tasks were solved: scientific methodological and pedagogical literature on the topic of research was studied; revealed the content and essence of Internet technologies; an Internet resource has been developed that allows organizing the process of distance learning in informatics; tested the effectiveness of its use in the process of teaching computer science to students. The practical significance of the study lies in the creation of an educational Internet resource that allows students to acquire the skills to independently create a Web site. This Internet resource can be used for forms of work in informatics in any educational institution during a pandemic.

    The purpose and subject of the course: to reveal the scientific foundations of linguodidactic activity of primary school teachers, to form the psychological, pedagogical, methodological readiness of students for pedagogical activity in primary school. The main objectives of the discipline “Linguodidactic Activity of Primary School Teacher” are: – to reveal the theoretical foundations of the formation of linguodidactics as a science, to clarify its conceptual apparatus, linguodidactic technologies of language and speech acquisition; – to systematize and deepen knowledge of the methods of teaching the Ukrainian language and methods of literary reading; – to ensure further professional language and speech improvement of higher education students; – to form in future primary school teachers a steady interest in the use of innovative language teaching technologies in the conditions of the New Ukrainian School; – to develop skills and abilities to model linguodidactic discourse in different situations of educational communication.

    Methodological approaches to stimulating innovative activity

    The article clarifies the principles of innovation management, taking into account participatory management as a new approach to project management. Based on an assessment of the current state and trends in the country's socio-economic development in the conditions of an innovative economy, a conceptual model for the formation and assessment of socio-economic development priorities has been developed. The conceptual provisions of the new paradigm of socio-economic development are revealed and justified. A set of theoretical provisions and practical tools for assessing the impact of innovative projects has been developed. The criticality of stakeholders in the management of innovation activities has been determined and assessed. A methodology and methods have been developed for integrating the management of innovation activities into the management system. A method is proposed for taking into account the influence of mutual risks and assessing changes in the cost part of the project taking into account risks based on determining the factors of interaction of innovative projects.

    The role ofleadership qualities of the management in preserving and ensuring the functionality of relocated Ukrainian higher education institutions during the war

    The war in Ukraine has led to significant changes in the functioning of higher education institutions. Many universities from the eastern and southern regions of the country were forced to relocate to safer areas. The study examines the role of leadership qualities of the management of Ukrainian HEIs relocated due to the war on their success in functioning in the new conditions from the perspective of the academic staff. The research methods included an anonymous online questionnaire of 162 academic staff members from Berdiansk State Pedagogical University and Melitopol State Pedagogical University named after Bohdan Khmelnytsky. The study identified leadership qualities that HEI staff identified as key to stabilizing the institution’s operations in crisis conditions. Responsibility was named by 53.09% of respondents, and strategic thinking by 44.44%. Also, it was found that respondents, in general, positively assessed the results of leadership actions of management in difficult conditions: 29.6% rated them as “very effective” and 54.3% as “effective.” Despite the overall successful adaptation of the studied HEIs, weaknesses in management decisions were revealed, including insufficient emotional support for academic staff and the absence of developed crisis action plans. The study’s conclusions emphasize the importance of further developing professional and moral-volitional qualities of management representatives for effective HEI governance in crisis conditions. The findings may be useful in creating specialized professional development programs for HEI managers in conditions of political, economic, and other instability.
