Current trends in the development of distance learning

Abstract

Distance learning in the modern world is undergoing significant changes, driven by both technological progress and changing educational requirements. One of the main trends is the active implementation of information and communication technologies (ICT), which contribute to the globalization of learning and provide students with access to high-quality educational resources regardless of their location. In particular, modern online platforms such as Moodle, Google Classroom, Microsoft Teams and Zoom are becoming the main tools for conducting both theoretical and practical classes in distance learning.
