dc.descriptionIn the article, based on the analysis of the literature, author's view on the interpretation of the concept «readiness of future engineers-teachers of food industry for creative professional activity» is formulated and its structural components (motivational-value, cognitive activity and personal-reflexive) identified. The main components of the cognitive-activity component of the readiness of future professionals for creative professional activity, which are associated with the substructure of experience, which includes acquired knowledge, skills, abilities and individual features of mental processes are considered and analyzed.en
