dc.descriptionThe article describes the pedagogical conditions of effective activity of the educator of the extended daygroup. The main attention is focused on the separation and justification of pedagogical conditions in line with thisproblem.It is noted that the extended day has immeasurable potential of educational influence of general secondaryeducation on the formation of the child’s personality and certain pedagogical conditions of effective work of amodern educator of a long day group, namely: professional competence of the educator of the extended day group;features of primary school students; the ability to switch their attention after an intensive learning process to otheractivities; creation of conditions for the independent choice of pupils of the corresponding kinds of activity;organization of interesting daily walks, food with “positive”; establishing partnerships with students; optimalplanning of the cycle of educational and leisure activities (educator’s ability to adhere to the principles of education,teacher’s ability to adhere to the principles of education), effective organization of self-training of primary schoolstudents; rational methods of educational work, providing feedback that timely informs about the results of cognitiveactivity at all stages of learning, the formation of skills of independent educational work of students, the formationof skills of rational use of the time allotted for work; use of various types and forms of self-training classes; encouragingchildren, providing a certain group of students with complete independence while doing homework; appointmentof students-consultants; creation of an educational environment in the group of the extended day (material base ofthe study room of the group of the extended day and cells of different purpose).en
