dc.description.abstractПроцесс исследования зарубежного опыта нормотворческой деятельности органов местного самоуправления актуализирует широкий круг методологических проблем, связанных с познанием общих закономерностей и структуры развития научного знания. Мощный вклад в разработку данной теоретической проблематики было осуществлено в рамках современной науки. Целью и задачей статьи является исследовать зарубежный опыт нормотворческой деятельности органов местного самоуправления, так же изучение темы «Нормотворческая деятельность органов местного самоуправления» с точки зрения новейших отечественных и зарубежных исследований по сходной проблематике.ru
