Анотація
Здійснюється науково-теоретичний аналіз проблеми формування етичних цінностей професійної діяльності майбутніх практичних психологів. Розглядається проблема етики в роботі психолога. Формування етичних цінностей у процесі професійної підготовки майбутніх практичних психологів є підґрунтям для подальшого особистісного і професійного розвитку та вдосконалення фахівця. Моральна зрілість і цілісність особистості практичного психолога є основними якостями, які забезпечують можливість надання психологічної допомоги на загальнолюдському рівні. Дається визначення таких понять як «етика», «мораль», «моральність», «цінності». Пропонується перспективним напрямком подальшої роботи експериментальне вивчення проблеми формування етичних цінностей професійної діяльності майбутніх практичних психологів.

A scientific and theoretical analysis of the problem in formation of ethical values of professional activity in future practical psychologists is carried out. The problem of ethics in the work of a practical psychologist is considered. The work of a psychologist belongs to a kind of activity in which the ethical competence of a specialist is a significant component of professionalism, it contributes to the formation of holistic professional thinking, humanely affects the personality of a specialist and his client, social environment, that is, society as a whole. Formation of ethical values in the process of professional training is the foundation for further personal and professional development and improvement of the specialist. There is a difference between ethical ideals and the values of society and ethical professional norms. In this case, generally accepted ethical ideals directly affect the quality of assistance. In order to fulfill their professional duties, a practical psychologist needs both a serious professional education and personal readiness. In personal readiness for the activity of a psychologist, in addition to professional competence, two other aspects directly related to the implementation of moral norms in the process of work should be highlighted. This is the moral maturity of consciousness, integrity and moral reliability of the personality of a specialist. Moral maturity and integrity of the practical psychologist are the main qualities that give the possibility of providing psychological care at the universal level. The moral reliability of a person characterizes a specialist, from the standpoint of adherence to the relevant professional and ethical norms and principles in complex, unforeseen situations of interaction with people who have fallen into certain crisis situations and because of this are in a difficult mental state. The definition of such concepts as "ethics", "morality", "morality", "values" is given. The promising direction of further work is the experimental study of the problem of formation of ethical values of professional activity of future practical psychologists.
