dc.description.abstractThe paper explores the use of project-based learning to develop soft skills in computer science students. The study demonstrates that teamwork on projects using modern collaboration tools significantly enhances communication and interpersonal skills. Quantitative and qualitative analysis shows that this approach is more effective than traditional teaching methods. The findings highlight the importance of active learning in preparing future IT professionals with the necessary competencies for the modern digital workplace.en
