Розглянуто вплив різних способів отримання тонких плівок телуриду кадмію на к.к.д. сонячних елементів на їх основі. Зроблено прогноз про можливість підвищення к.к.д. таких сонячних елементів аж до теоретичного максимуму.
The influence of different methods of production of cadmium telluride thin films on efficiency coefficient of solar elements on their base is observed. The prognosis about possibility of efficiency coefficient increasing up to the theoretical maximum is made.
