Abstract

The article substantiates and reveals the structure components of the professional and communicative culture of a preschool educational establishment teacher, the necessity of including empathic and ethical-aesthetic components into the structure is proved, the parts and contents of the communicative component are specified, the criterial apparatus, the results of the confirmatory stage of the research are presented.
