Анотація
Розкриваються особливості організації процесу професійної підготовки майбутніх учителів початкової школи до співпраці з батьками молодших школярів.
На основі аналізу сучасних досліджень з проблеми та власного досвіду розроблено структуно-функціональну модель підготовки майбутніх учителів початкової школи до співпраці з батьками учнів. Структурними елементами моделі визначено мету, компоненти готовності, зміст освітнього процесу, організаційно-педагогічні умови, результат.
Здійснено сутнісну характеристику сновних компонентів моделі та прослідковано особливості її впровадження в процес підготовки вчителів до співпраці з батьками учнів молодшого шкільного віку.
Опис
The article reveals the peculiarities of organizing the process of professional training of future primary school teachers to cooperate with parents of primary schoolchildren. Based on the analysis of research on the problem and own experience, a structural and functional model of training future primary school teachers to work with parents of pupils is developed.
Structural elements of the model are defined as: goal, components of readiness, content of educational process, organizational and pedagogical conditions, result. An essential characterization of the main elements of the model was carried out. In particular, the following components of training future teachers for cooperation with parents were determined and characterized: valuemotivational, content-cognitive, procedural-active. The substantive component of the model is interconnected with the organization of the procedural part of the experiment, which depended on the creation of a system of defined organizational and pedagogical conditions (stimulation of a motivational, valuable and responsible attitude to the acquisition of experience in partnership with parents, the organization of independent work of students of higher education, the use of innovative forms and methods learning – flipped learning, trainings, business games.
The peculiarities of the implementation of the developed model in the process of preparing teachers for cooperation with parents of primary school students were followed.
